Do recite the following Aqad for Korban / Aqiqah / Nazar:
I ____ give my consent and authorise BAPA to purchase a Goat / Cow / Part of Cow on behalf of myself or ______ with the intention for performing Korban and to proceed on my behalf the slaughtering and distribution of the meat in accordance to those in need.
I also give my consent and authorisation to BAPA to deploy the Korban sacrifice to its partners worldwide and to make any decision, in the best interest of achieving the intended purpose of Korban.
