ABOUT THE IFTAR
SPONSORSHIP PROJECT

Since 2014, BAPA has been involved in projects locally that supply and deliver food to beneficiaries which includes the disabled, the aged and those suffering from illness that rendered them incapacity or immobile during Ramadhan. This is our 4th year running this project.
(O Prophet!) Tell those of My servants who believe that they should establish Prayer and spend out of what We have provided them with, both secretly and openly, before there arrives the Day when there will be no bargaining, nor any mutual befriending.

Ibrahim | 31

Project’s Objective

This Ramadhan, we will be focusing on causing happiness to the hearts of Muslims not only for the receiving end but more importantly also for the giver themselves.
  • Serve iftar to the fakir miskin and immobilised beneficiaries for them to break their fast.
  • Serve complete wholesome cooked food to our beneficiaries; rice w/ main & side dishes together with fruits.
  • To serve food in a timely manner so that our beneficiaries can break their fast in time.
  • Provide platform for donors to channel their donations for greater rewards.
  • Allow individuals who prefer to donate in kind via volunteering instead of cash.
  • Giving the opportunity for individuals to channel their Fidyah to the beneficiaries.

Why BAPA?

As this is our 4th year in running the project, our operational staff are experienced and trained in the process of executing the modus operandi smoothly, Insya-Allah.

Tirmidhî | Sawm: 82; Ibn-i Majah | Siyam: 40

To ensure that our beneficiaries get the opportunity to enjoy proper daily meals during Iftar and to uplift the spirit of the less fortunate in this blessed month, we deliver food to their doorstep throughout the month of Ramadhan (Every Monday – Friday).

#syukurRamadantiba #bulanbaikbuatbaik #sebarkegembiraan
“[Fasting is for] a limited number of days. So whoever among you is ill or on a journey [during them] – then an equal number of days [are to be made up]. And upon those who are able [to fast, but with hardship] – a ransom [as substitute] of feeding a poor person [each day]. And whoever volunteers excess – it is better for him. But to fast is best for you, if you only knew.”
